Quick-couplers compatible with CW system brackets, in manual, fully automatic and tilt/swivel versions. The wedge design keeps breakout force high, and a pilot operated check valve secures the attachment hydraulically; a lifting hook is available as an option.

  • Automatic: hydraulic CW quick-couplers, attachments changed from the machine

    • Fully automatic system: attachments are changed directly from the machine
    • CW Compatibility: Fits CW-System attachments.
    • Safety: Safety locks keep the attachment from releasing by accident.

  • Manual: mechanical CW quick-couplers, the locking mechanism worked by hand

    • Manual Action: The locking mechanism is operated by hand to change attachments.
    • CW Compatibility: Fits attachments built to the CW “Verachtert” standard.
    • Safety: a manual safety lock holds the attachment in place.

  • Tilt/Swivel: CW-System compatible quick-coupler, hydraulic version locked from the cab, mechanical version with a manual safety lock

    • Movement: tilts and swivels the attachment into its working position.
    • Hydraulic operation: the coupler is locked and released from the cab.
    • A mechanical version is also available, for carriers without a spare hydraulic circuit
    • CW Compatibility: Fits attachments with CW-System brackets.
    • Safety: Safety mechanisms hold the attachment in place.

About this family

On the hydraulic versions the check valve keeps the wedge locked if hydraulic pressure drops, so the attachment cannot come loose. The range covers CW-00 for carriers under 1 t through CW-55 for 35–60 t machines, with the shorter "S" variants from CW-20 to CW-45 and hydraulic tilt/swivel CW-U models from CW-U-00 to CW-U-45. CW is the coupler interface used in the Netherlands and Belgium. Every dimension, carrier class and mass below is printed in the Quick-Coupler-Systems catalogue.
