Part of an industrial group founded in 1996, Sieruta has built excavator attachments since 2008. We build our attachments in series: more than 50,000 delivered, 27,897 of them since 2018. Custom engineering is kept for the heaviest attachments and for new designs we develop with customers. Cutting, machining, welding and painting are done on one site in Ostrołęka.

Part of a family-owned industrial group
Sieruta Attachments is one of three divisions in a family-owned Polish industrial group founded in 1996. The others build stainless-steel tanks and industrial installations. The group holds UDT authorisations for the manufacture, modernisation and repair of pressure vessels. Tadeusz and Beata Sieruta founded the group in Ostrołęka in 1996. We have built attachments since 2008, and Adrian Sieruta leads Sieruta Attachments.
That is where the welding standard comes from. Quenched-and-tempered wear plate has to be welded with care. Poorly controlled heat input, preheat and interpass temperature increase the risk of excessive HAZ softening and hydrogen-assisted cold cracking in quenched-and-tempered steels. A shop already audited for pressure equipment runs those controls as a matter of routine. The attachments division, established in 2008, works in the same welding system: controlled preheat, inter-pass temperature and cooling, its own qualified procedures, and welders certified to EN ISO 9606-1.

Plate thickness and weld size follow the drawing. The welding procedure is qualified, and we weld to it.
Traceable steel
EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates per heat, kept with the order, so you can ask what grade is doing the work and get the paper.

Designed to be serviced on site and repaired by the people who run it.

We keep a record for every serial number, more than 50,000 of them: the attachment type, the adapter, the teeth, and when it was ordered and produced. Give us the serial number and we know which adapter and teeth to send as spare parts.
