What we take on for OEM customers

From adapting an existing attachment to your coupler through to a new design against your specification. The scope of the build and of the documentation is agreed with you beforehand.

Build to print

You have drawings

You send the design and we make the parts to it.

What we need from you

  • Drawings or 3D models (STEP)
  • The material specification
  • The batch size and how often you call off

What you get back

  1. An offer
  2. A sample for your approval
  3. The series, to your call-off plan
  • EN 10204 3.1 certificate(s) for the material heats used, linked through the production record to the product serial number
  • Welding under a quality system certified to EN ISO 3834-2
  • The documents for each part are found by its serial number

How we work

One site, one process

Cutting, forming, welding and painting happen under one roof.

Agreed scope

We build in your own colours, logo and branding and mark every item to your own marking scheme. Finish and documentation are settled with you before the series starts.

Repeat call-offs and single special builds.

Our design office

From your drawing set to a repeatable series

6 engineers work in our own design office, and we build to customer drawings. Our welding is certified to EN ISO 3834-2, our factory production control to EN 1090-1 EXC1 + EXC2.

Your drawing set

We build to customer drawings: geometry, materials and the scope of documentation as you release them.

Your coupler interface

MS including Symlock, S-Standard, Verachtert CW, Miller, universal pin-grabber and variable pin-centre.

Your marking scheme

We stamp and number to your own scheme, agreed with you before the series starts.

What leaves our works

  • Milling, turning, plasma and gas cutting, bending, rolling, welding, assembly, painting and quality assurance in house. Heat treatment, blasting and casting are done by partners.

  • EN ISO 3834-2, certificate CSW/1293/2025 (UDT-CERT) · EN 1090-1 EXC1 + EXC2, certificate 1433-CPR-0257 (UDT-CERT: notified body 1433).

  • EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates, per heat.

  • Custom builds up to 8 tonnes per single attachment, for carriers up to the 80 t class.
