- 0.9–40 tons
Cast steel quick-couplers compatible with MS / SY system brackets, CNC machined to size. Three operating types share one set of dimensions: fully automatic hydraulic (QC-HS), mechanical by wrench (QC-MS, wrench included) and hydraulic tilt/swivel (QC-U-HS) with 2 × 90° of movement.
About this family
Fully automatic excavator quick coupler compatible with MS / SY system. Designed and built to EN 474-5 and ISO 13031. Mechanical safety locks front and rear, and a third, hydraulic safety feature with pilot operated check valve. Visual indicator of engagement included.
Manual, mechanically operated quick-hitch compatible with MS / SY system. Semi-automatic version available. Cast steel body, CNC machined to size. Wrench included.
Five sizes cover carriers from 0.9 t to 28 t. Built to EN 474-5 and ISO 13031: front and rear mechanical safety locks, a third hydraulic lock through a pilot operated check valve, and a visual indicator of engagement. On the hydraulic versions the check valve keeps the lock closed if hydraulic pressure drops, so the attachment cannot come loose. Reversible when used with SY brackets. Tilt/Swivel: MS-compatible quick-coupler with 2 × 90° of movement, hydraulic and mechanical
- Movement: Tilts and swivels the attachment into its working position.
- Hydraulic Operation: 2 × 90° of movement, both ways
- Safety: Front and rear mechanical locks, a pilot operated check valve and a visual indicator of engagement hold the attachment.

Which coupler is on your machine?

How to measure your coupler
Not sure which system it is? Three measurements tell us which bracket you need.
- Measure the diameter of both pins.
- Measure the distance between the pin centres.
- Measure the width between the inside faces of the ears.
If the coupler has a make or type printed on it, send that too.
Safety
- Attachment not fully engaged
- The front mechanical safety lock holds the attachment, so it does not fall if the rear has not engaged.
- A visual indicator shows the operator whether the coupler has engaged.
- Loss of hydraulic pressure
- A pilot operated check valve works as a further hydraulic lock on the coupler.
- Accidental release
- The rear mechanical safety lock keeps the coupler engaged.
UK market: semi-automatic couplers are not supplied to the UK. Under an industry agreement with the HSE in force since 1 October 2008, UK buyers get the automatic or the manual version only. Confirm the version with our engineers when you ask for a quote.
