Buying from Sieruta
Buying from a factory in another country raises questions. Here are the answers we can give you now. For anything else, ask us.
Ordering and payment
We confirm the fitment with you before production. If we deliver something other than what you approved, we fix it at our cost.
Your first order is paid in advance. Trade credit is possible for repeat customers.
EU companies with a valid VAT ID are invoiced at 0% VAT (reverse charge). Otherwise standard VAT applies.
Delivery
You choose: collect the order yourself or with your own forwarder, or we deliver it at a quoted price.
Once shipped, a delivery is about 2 days in transit.
A delivery travels with a CMR, a delivery note and the CE declaration of conformity, plus the EN 10204 3.1 certificate where ordered.
Documents
If you want them, the EN 10204 3.1 certificate and the CE declaration can ship with every attachment as a standing term of your supply, not only on request.
Every attachment we make carries the CE mark, buckets included.
Before it leaves the factory
Every quick coupler is tested before dispatch.
If you sell machines
If you hold our attachments in stock as a machine dealer, the warranty starts when the attachment is installed at your customer, not when we deliver it to you.
If you resell attachments
Once you distribute our attachments, enquiries from your country are passed to you.
