HTP - high-tip bucket for wheel loader

That extra height is what lets a loader fill high-sided tippers, silo hoppers and bunkers without a ramp. The bucket body is sized for light, bulky material: wood chips, bark, compost, grain, coal, glass, recycling fractions and waste. Capacities run to 9 m³; the heaviest bucket we build weighs 8 tonnes, the limit of the crane in our assembly hall. We choose the cylinder position for your loader and your material: cylinders at the sides keep the bucket floor clear for sticky loads; cylinders nearer the centre suit narrow frames and large widths. The tipping cylinders run from a third hydraulic function on the loader. The cutting edge is a reversible bolt-on plate, turned once it wears, replaced without welding. The example model HTP-190-3200-5m3 is 3200 mm wide, holds 5 m³ heaped and is sized for wheel loaders in the 18–19 t class. Coupler, width, capacity, spill guard and wear package are specified on the drawing you approve before we cut steel.
