The RGPR is a deep skeleton digging bucket for mini and midi excavators. Its bottom is a row of C45 steel circular rods, so soil and water fall through while stones, roots and rubble stay in the bucket. The rods sit 52 to 62 mm apart, depending on the size.
About this family
Six sizes cover machines from 1.2 to 10 t, RGPR-20 through RGPR-95. The width is 500 mm on RGPR-20, 800 mm on RGPR-30, 1000 mm on RGPR-40 to RGPR-75 and 1200 mm on RGPR-95. Weight runs from 45 to 220 kg and capacity from 55 to 295 litres (SAE). RGPR-20 carries 4 teeth and the other sizes 5. Teeth per size: E701 or E11.7 on RGPR-20 and RGPR-30, E11.4 or V13 on RGPR-40 and RGPR-60, E25, J200 or V17 on RGPR-75 and RGPR-95.
Base features are the C45 steel circular rods and BYG teeth. Options are side rod reinforcement, special HD Hardox® rods, removable rods and a version without teeth. Brackets depend on the size, from S30, MS01, M02, HS02, CW05 and Klac C on RGPR-20 up to S45, S50, MS08, M10, HS08, CW10, OQ45 and Klac F on RGPR-95.
