The GP is the general purpose digging bucket for mini and midi excavators, with a flat top. It digs, trenches and loads in loose earth, sand, gravel and firm clay.
About this family
The GP general purpose digging bucket is for mini and midi excavators (0.6 - 10 tons). Its shell has a double radius and a double conical shape. It comes with bolt-on teeth or without teeth and is used for digging and trenching.
Six sizes cover machines from 0.6 to 10 t, GP-10 through GP-95, in widths from 250 to 1000 mm. Capacity runs from 12 to 377 litres (SAE) and weight from 14 to 160 kg. The tip radius grows from 238 mm on GP-10 to 800 mm on GP-95, and the bucket carries three to five teeth depending on its width.
The shell has a double radius and a double conical shape, with side cutters and protected weld seams between the bottom and the sides. The conical shell is narrower at the back than at the cutting edge, so the load slides out when the bucket is emptied. From GP-40 up it has front side plates. It comes with bolt-on teeth or without teeth; welded CAT, BYG or MTG teeth and wear bars are options.
It is built with a direct fit OEM bracket or for your quick coupler, including MS, MS reversible, Martin, HydroQuick and CW, or with an S-system bracket (S30 to S90).
