DBS - Engineered rock bucket for excavator
Teeth, adapters, side cutters and wear protection are chosen for your machine and the rock you dig. Each bucket passes a factory acceptance test before dispatch.

RDBF - Flat-top skeleton DBF bucket on rods
Interlocking steel rods replace the solid bottom, C45 as standard and Hardox® as an option. Soil sifts out from the rocks while you dig trenches, drains and pipe bedding.

How to choose
Work through these questions in order, from the ground to the machine.
- 1
What ground are you working?
If a bucket cannot enter it, rip it first. The RIP opens compacted soil, frost, hard clay and soft rock with one shank, and you load the ripped material afterwards with a digging bucket. The MR breaks the ground with five legs at once, so one pass loosens a wider strip, leaves smaller pieces and prepares rock for the crusher.

Where does the rock wear the bucket?
On a DBS, the teeth, adapters, side cutters and wear protection are chosen for your machine and your rock, so the protection sits where the rock wears the bucket. Every DBS passes a factory acceptance test before dispatch. The DSX can be built to the requirements of the Hardox® In My Body certification as an option.

Which machine carries it?
Match the size to the machine weight: DB and DBF from 10 to 50 t, DSX from 14 to 40 t, RIP from 14 to 65 t, MR from 11 to 32 t. On a quick coupler, take the DBF, which is made for quick coupler systems. On a wheel loader from 2 to 16 t, the LSF forks carry large stones while earth and gravel fall through.
Attachments by job
Start from the ground the machine meets, then pick the tool that loosens, digs or sorts it.
Ground a bucket cannot enter
Loosen it first and load it afterwards with a digging bucket. The RIP opens compacted soil, frost and soft rock with one shank. The MR loosens a wider strip with five legs and prepares rock for the crusher.
Rocky ground and abrasive material
The DSX has a Hardox® body for rocky ground, abrasive material and quarry work. The DB is also built in a rock version.
The excavator works on a quick coupler
The DBF is the flat-top digging bucket made for excavators with a quick coupler.
Soil and stone to separate
The RDBF sifts soil from rocks on steel rods while you dig. On a wheel loader, the LSF forks carry large stones while earth and gravel fall through.
