Which coupler is on your machine?
Pick the system on your machine and we put it in your enquiry. We check the bracket before we send the quote.
How to measure your coupler
Not sure which system it is? Three measurements tell us which bracket you need.
- Measure the diameter of both pins.
- Measure the distance between the pin centres.
- Measure the width between the inside faces of the ears.
If the coupler has a make or type printed on it, send that too.

What the 374 figures mean for its attachments
- The main pump delivers up to 896 l/min at 370 bar. That is the pump output of the whole machine, not the flow an attachment gets.
- Caterpillar lists this quick coupler for it: Cat Pin Grabber Coupler. The bracket on every attachment has to match the coupler.
- It digs down to 8,570 mm. That is the deepest trench it can open.
- Its maximum reach is 13,160 mm.
- It dumps at up to 8,430 mm, so a truck or skip side has to sit below that height.
- Caterpillar offers arms from 2,570 to 3,600 mm. A longer arm reaches further, a shorter one handles a heavier bucket.
- Caterpillar lists buckets from 1,950 to 2,250 mm wide for this machine. Compare that with the bucket widths in the table above.
- Caterpillar lists bucket capacities from 3.3 to 5 m³.
- Caterpillar gives a lifting capacity of 29,500 kg. Check a heavy grab or hammer, plus its load, against the full load chart.
- For transport it measures 12,978 x 3,678 x 4,927 mm (length, width, height).

Questions about the 374
- What bucket width fits the 374?
- Caterpillar lists buckets from 1,950 to 2,250 mm wide for it. Pick a width in that range from the sizes above.
- Which quick coupler is installed on your 374?
- Caterpillar lists this coupler for it: Cat Pin Grabber Coupler. Order attachments with the matching bracket.

Before you order: check the interface
The weight class of the Caterpillar 374 sizes the attachment. It does not tell you the pin diameter, the pin spacing or the stick width, and those decide whether an attachment fits. Measure them on the machine, or send us the measurements of the bucket it runs today.
Heavy excavators dig rock, load trucks and work in quarries, so wear decides the bucket as much as capacity does. Rock and reinforced buckets carry thicker wear steel, teeth and side cutters, and the bucket is sized to the trucks it loads and to the density of the material.
- Measure the diameter of both bucket pins.
- Measure the distance between the pin centres.
- Measure the inside width between the stick ears.
- If the machine runs a quick coupler, note its make and type.
