ATTACHMENTS BY APPLICATION
HOW A CUSTOM ATTACHMENT IS DEVELOPED.
1. Requirement
You have a site constraint or a specific machine geometry. Together we define the operating parameters and load requirements.
2. Design
We design the attachment for your machine and your application. We simulate stress loads, select materials (Hardox® 450/500), and build a prototype.
3. Series production
The design goes into series production. OEM projects are treated as confidential and are not moved into the public catalog. Improvements that are not tied to one customer go into our standard products.

Pressure-vessel authorisations
The group holds UDT authorisations for the manufacture, modernisation and repair of pressure vessels, and the attachments division inherited its qualified welding procedures and material certificates.

STEEL TRACEABLE
TO ITS HEAT.
The steel in every Sieruta attachment is traceable to its heat. EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates for the material heats used are linked through the production record to the order and serial number and supplied on request, or with each delivery where the contract requires it.

- Weld inspection record: visual and penetrant testing on the joints the drawing calls for, by personnel certified to EN ISO 9712

EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates for the material heats used are linked through the production record to the order and serial number and supplied on request, or with each delivery where the contract requires it. Send us the serial number from the type plate and we email the certificate to you.
