1. The Requirement
You encounter a site constraint or specific machine geometry. We define the operational parameters and load requirements together.
2. The Engineering
We engineer the solution for your machine and your application. We simulate stress loads, select materials (Hardox® 450/500), and prototype the attachment.
3. The Solution
The design goes into series production. OEM projects are treated as confidential and are not moved into the public catalog. Improvements that are not tied to one customer go into our standard products.

Pressure-vessel authorisations
The group holds UDT authorisations for the manufacture, modernisation and repair of pressure vessels, and the attachments division inherited its qualified welding procedures and material certificates.

Nine processes in our own plant, across seven production steps: milling, turning, plasma and gas cutting, bending, rolling, welding, assembly, painting and quality assurance. Heat treatment, blasting and casting are done by partners. 3,000 m² of production floor.
