How to measure your coupler
Not sure which system it is? Three measurements tell us which bracket you need.
- Measure the diameter of both pins.
- Measure the distance between the pin centres.
- Measure the width between the inside faces of the ears.
If the coupler has a make or type printed on it, send that too.
Before you order: check the interface
The weight class of the JCB 1CX sizes the attachment. It does not tell you the pin diameter, the pin spacing or the stick width, and those decide whether an attachment fits. Measure them on the machine, or send us the measurements of the bucket it runs today.
A backhoe loader digs at the rear and loads at the front, so the rear bucket is chosen for trenching and the loader bucket for moving material. The rear quick coupler, where the machine has one, sets the bracket every rear attachment needs; the pin and stick checks below still decide the fit.
