Pick the system on your machine and we put it in your enquiry. We check the bracket before we send the quote.
How to measure your coupler
Not sure which system it is? Three measurements tell us which bracket you need.
- Measure the diameter of both pins.
- Measure the distance between the pin centres.
- Measure the width between the inside faces of the ears.
If the coupler has a make or type printed on it, send that too.
Before you order: check the interface
The weight class of the Hitachi ZX180-7 sizes the attachment. It does not tell you the pin diameter, the pin spacing or the stick width, and those decide whether an attachment fits. Measure them on the machine, or send us the measurements of the bucket it runs today.
At this weight the choice is mostly about the material. A general purpose bucket suits soil and gravel, a reinforced bucket with thicker wear parts suits mixed ground and broken rock, and the quick coupler on the machine sets the bracket every attachment needs.
Quick coupler brackets at this weight
In our model tables, the attachments listed for the Hitachi ZX180-7 at its weight are built with these brackets. Each code opens the models that list it.
- Measure the diameter of both bucket pins.
- Measure the distance between the pin centres.
- Measure the inside width between the stick ears.
- If the machine runs a quick coupler, note its make and type.

What the ZX180-7 figures mean for its attachments
- The main pump delivers up to 380 l/min at 343 bar. That is the pump output of the whole machine, not the flow an attachment gets.
- Hitachi lists this quick coupler for it: CW, pin grabber and S-coupling. The bracket on every attachment has to match the coupler.
- It digs down to 6,570 mm. That is the deepest trench it can open.
- Its maximum reach is 9,270 mm.
- It dumps at up to 6,570 mm, so a truck or skip side has to sit below that height.
- Its arm is 2,710 mm long.
- Hitachi lists bucket capacities from 0.51 to 0.91 m³.
- Bucket breakout force is 127 kN and arm crowd force 95 kN. That is the force a bucket or ripper works with at the tooth.
- Hitachi gives a lifting capacity of 4,860 kg. Check a heavy grab or hammer, plus its load, against the full load chart.
- Its transport width is 2,800 mm.
- Engine power is 101.3 kW.
